Notification of Generator Use From Energy Emergency Proclamations
Facilities must notify the Feather River Air Quality Management District within 48 hours when operating in excess of permitting requirements or conditions of a certificate suspended by Paragraph 4 of the Proclamation of a State of Emergency issued on August 31, 2022.
Facilities must also report additional fuel use, additional hours of operation and times of operation, and energy produced by that additional operation within 30 days of operation under the proclamation.

The following must be provided on the notification:
- Facility Name
- Facility Address
- FRAQMD Permit Number
- Conditions or requirements on the permit that may be exceeded or violated due to operation in accordance with the Proclamation
